Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable

All registration fees, participation fees, nomination fees, judging fees, sponsorship fees, and other payments made to the Organizer (Laser Time LLC) are final and non-refundable.

Registration secures a position in the Championship and covers administrative, judging, marketing, promotional, and organizational expenses incurred by the Organizer.

No refunds are provided for

• Scheduling conflicts or inability to participate
• Travel restrictions or visa issues
• Illness or personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with judging results, rankings, awards, or competition outcomes

Competition results are subjective professional evaluations and may not be challenged, appealed, disputed, or used as grounds for refund requests.

Event changes

The Organizer may modify, reschedule, postpone, restructure, or cancel the Championship at its sole discretion. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, registrations remain valid for the rescheduled event. No refund is due solely by reason of such change, except where required by applicable law. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, transfer a registration to a future Championship event.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges on your statement appear under the Organizer’s billing descriptor. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at the address below before initiating a dispute, and we will work with you in good faith.
